Hello Tello, I just have a concern. I hope you can change your policy that requires us to invite 30 people before we can withdraw. It is very difficult to invite 30 people. Please change this kind of policy because many people might uninstall the app, and no one will want to download your app anymore if this continues. It is really disappointing because we worked hard doing tasks, but it is so difficult to withdraw our earnings. Many people are already complaining about your app because of this

Experienced point deduction of 174k because there system is experiencing error which is NOT OUR FAULT. The chances of winning big amount or getting the jackpot is like 1%, 1m is hard to reach and you need to recharge coin to play and give gifts, no returns. You are not earning on this app, it's draining our own money.

Hello Tello, I have a concern regarding your app—specifically the "80k live for 7 days" task for newbies. My 7-day period isn't over yet, so why did the 80k reward disappear? What is happening with your system? Many users are complaining because the tasks for newbies don't seem to align properly; the 80k reward vanishes before the 7 days are even up. I hope you can find a solution to this so that more people will join the Tello app.
